AfriPay Demo: privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
AfriPay Demo is a demonstration app built by KYL Solutions to show how AfriPay sends money from the UK to Nigeria. It moves no money. Every bank, exchange and partner in it is a simulator, and every customer in it is fictional.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the demo. You sign in by picking a fictional customer, so there is no account, password or identity check. When you add a recipient, link an account or send a demo transfer, what you type (names, bank account numbers, Bvndle tags, wallet addresses and amounts) is saved in the demo database so the app can show it back to you. For cards, only the last four digits are kept.
Please do not type real bank, card or personal details. Use made-up ones: the demo works the same.
What we do not collect
The app asks for no phone permissions. It does not read your contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone. It has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not use your device's identifiers.
Where it is kept
The demo database runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare sees your IP address when the app talks to it, and may keep it briefly in its logs to keep the service running and secure. Nothing you type is sent anywhere else: no real bank, exchange or partner receives it.
Sharing
We do not sell or share what you type with anyone.
How long we keep it
The demo database may be reset at any time, which deletes everything in it. It is deleted for good when the demo ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete what you typed at any time through the person who invited you to test the app, and we will do so.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
